THABO HIPPO: TAIPEI ZOO'S CHERISHED RESIDENT

Thabo Hippo is a favorite resident at Taipei Zoo. He arrived from South Africa in 2020 and has quickly become a visitor attraction. Thabo is known for his docile nature and his curious personality. Visitors enjoy watching Thabo as he grazes on hay, wallows in the water, and plays with his fellow hippos. Zoo officials have noted that Thabo is a stro
